What’s Included
The purchase includes participation in guided off-road workshops and/or guided tours.
No other services are included. Participants are fully responsible for:
Travel to and from the event location.
Accommodation (e.g., hotel or other lodging).
Meals and beverages.
Any additional costs incurred during their stay in Sweden.
Booking and Contractual Obligations
The offer is based on the workshop or tour description and any additional information provided at the time of booking.
The customer is responsible for all contractual obligations for participants they book on behalf of.
If the confirmation differs from the booking, the new offer is valid for 10 days and requires explicit approval or a deposit.
Digital Recording and Publishing
Recording or sharing any part of the guided routes, navigation details, or workshop content is strictly prohibited.
Publishing or distributing tour or workshop information online is not permitted.
Violations may result in exclusion from the event and claims for damages.
Changes Before the Start of the Workshop/Tour
Minor itinerary adjustments may be made if necessary without affecting the overall structure.
Any significant changes will be communicated clearly and promptly.
In case of significant changes, participants may:
Accept the change.
Withdraw at no cost.
Request an alternative guided event if available.
Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations are subject to the following fees:
Less than 30 days before the event: 30% of the total cost.
Less than 20 days before the event: 50% of the total cost.
Less than 10 days before the event: 100% of the total cost.
Refunds are processed within 14 days.
Rebooking
Date or participant changes are not allowed unless there is an error by the organizer.
A rebooking fee of €30 per person applies up to 30 days before the event.
Unused Services
If participants choose not to participate in parts of the workshop or tour, no refund will be issued.
Minimum Number of Participants
A minimum of 4 vehicles/people is required for the tour, and a minimum of 6 participants are needed for the workshop.
If the minimum is not met, the event may be canceled, and participants will receive a full refund within 14 days.
Termination Due to Misconduct
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants without refund if they cause disturbances or violate the terms.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants must notify the organizer if they do not receive the necessary information before the event.
Any issues must be reported immediately to allow for corrective action.
Liability and Risks
The organizer is not liable for damages of any kind.
Participation is at the individual’s risk, even when following the guide’s instructions.
Off-road driving requires good physical condition and carries inherent risks.
Participants must have adequate insurance (liability, accident, and health insurance).
The participant is responsible for any additional costs due to an accident or inability to continue.
Third-Party Services
The organizer is not liable for services booked through third parties (e.g., optional excursions or activities).
Passport, Visa, and Health Regulations
The organizer provides general information but is not responsible for individual compliance.
Participants must ensure they have the necessary travel documents and vaccinations required for their destination.
